摘要
通过对箱式高速异步电机空水冷风路结构和空水冷加水套风路结构两种通风系统进行CFD仿真分析对比计算,显现了两种风路结构的流动特性和温度分布规律,展示了电机各部位的风量大小和温度值。研究结果表明,空水冷加水套结构达到了箱式高速电机的温升考核和安全可靠运行要求。
There are two ventilation systems of a box-type high-speed asynchronous motor,which are air-water cooling wind pathway structure and air-water cooling water jacket wind pathway structure.By conducting CFD simulation analysis on the two and compare its calculations,the flow characteristics and temperature distribution patterns of them were visualized,the air flows and temperature of each part of the motor were digitized.The results indicate that the second meets the temperature rise assessment and safety operation requirements of the motor.
