中国黑龙江省与俄罗斯欧洲部分合作:现状与前景

Development and Prospect:The Cooperation between China’s Heilongjiang Province and European Russia

俄罗斯疆域辽阔,横跨欧亚大陆。俄欧洲部分是俄政治、经济、教育和科技中心,自然地理条件得天独厚,投资吸引力在全俄领先,历史文化积淀深厚。近年来,中国黑龙江省与俄欧洲部分在政府间交往、经贸和人文等领域合作取得可喜成果。黑龙江省应借力对俄跨境基础设施互联互通建设,发挥地方合作理事会和大型国际经贸展会的平台作用,与国内兄弟省份和省内地市抱团对俄合作,引导企业向俄欧洲部分拓展,构筑黑龙江省与俄欧洲部分全方位合作新格局。

Remarkable achievements in intergovernmental contact and economic,trade and humanities cooperation have been made in recent years between China’s Heilongjiang Province and European Russia.It is advisable for Heilongjiang Province to make good use of the construction of interconnection and intercommunications infrastructure towards Russia,perform the platform function of local councils for cooperation and large international economic and trade exhibition,make concerted efforts with other provinces and prefectures and encourage enterprises to expand their business towards European Russia,and conduct omni-directional cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and European Russia.
