历史建筑智慧化管理运维智慧平台技术研究

RESEARCH ON INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT,OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INTELLIGENT PLATFORM TECHNOLOGY OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS

本文以历史建筑为研究目标,建立云-端相结合的历史建筑智慧化运维管理平台,在能耗、结构、设备和消防四大常规运维管理模块中融入历史信息,将数据信息化并交互共享。在本次研究中增加对历史建筑信息的运维和保护、对历史建筑结构的监测和维护,集成能耗、结构、设备和消防四个子系统,构建以历史信息保护为导向的网络化、系统化的智慧管理运维方法。

This paper takes historical buildings as the research objective,establishes the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform of historical buildings combining cloud and end,integrates historical information into the four conventional operation and maintenance management modules of energy consumption,structure,equipment and fire protection,and makes data informatization and share interactively.The operation and maintenance of historical building information,monitoring and maintenance of historical building structure are added,and four subsystems of energy consumption,structure,equipment and fire protection are integrated to build a network-based and systematic intelligent management operation and maintenance method oriented by historical information protection.
