摘要
"公园城市"理念是将生态文明建设和以人民为中心相结合的新发展理念,目前国内研究更多地集中在城市宏观空间层面,在控规层面应更侧重于以公园带动城市功能布局优化和城市人居环境提升,具体体现为绿地布局的均等化、公园体系的层级化、绿地间衔接的紧密化和公园引领的"三生"统筹化。本文以天津市张贵庄地区为例,通过提升绿地布局均等性、建立三级公园网络体系,以线性绿地空间增强公园间衔接程度、以公园构筑地区发展主线的方式对其控规层面的绿地布局进行优化,探索具有"公园城市"理念特色的控规绿地布局优化方法。
"Park City"is a new development concept which combines the construction of ecological civilization and people-centered concept.At present,domestic research focuses more on the macro-spatial level of the city.At the regulatory level,it should focus more on optimizing urban functional layout by parks and on improving urban human settlements environment,all of which can be summarized by equalization of green space layout,the hierarchy of park system,the close connection between green spaces and the"Three Basic Spaces"co-ordination driven by parks.Taking Zhangguizhuang area of Tianjin as an example,this paper optimizes the green space layout at the regulatory level by improving the equalization of green space layout,establishing threelevel park network system,enhancing the degree of convergence between parks by linear green space and building the mainline of regional development around parks,in order to explore the optimization method of green space layout with the concept of"park city".
