生态城市建设的关键性指标体系构建——以沙特阿拉伯为例

摘要 随着城市规模扩大和人口的持续增长,沙特阿拉伯面临的环境挑战也在不断地增加,自然资源和环境的巨大压力导致有限的资源逐渐枯竭。随时间的推移,这种现状也造成了气候发生不可逆转的变化。基于以上研究背景,本研究提出了制订生态城市关键性能指标(Key performance indicators,KPIs)和生态城战略目标的方法,从而有助于实现沙特阿拉伯2030年愿景并符合城市可持续发展的战略需求。本文提出的生态城市关键性能指标旨在利用多种可持续技术来保护自然资源,减少对环境的影响,建立一个与自然和谐共生的生态环境。 With the expansion of urban scale and the continuous growth of population,Saudi Arabia is facing increasing environmental challenges.Due to the huge pressure of natural resources and environment,limited resources are gradually exhausted.Over time,this status has also caused irreversible changes in the climate.Based on the above research background,this study proposes ways to formulate key performance indicators(KPIs)for eco-cities and strategic goals for eco-city,thereby contributing to the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 and meeting the strategic needs of sustainable urban development.The key performance indicators of eco-city proposed in this paper aim to use a variety of sustainable technologies to protect natural resources,reduce the impact on the environment,and establish an ecological environment that is in harmony with nature.
