根据"交叉学科"的制度发展,结合理论体系、研究方法、研究对象等独立性要素,党内法规学具有"新兴交叉的独立一级学科"之学科定位,展现出本质上"姓党",功能上"治党",内容上是党建,形式上是法规,实践经验领先于理论研究等学科特点。党内法规学的理论研究主要覆盖党内法规制度基础理论、党内法规制度发展史、党内法规的制定和实施、党内法规的监督和保障等方面,需妥善处理学术与政治、基础与应用的关系,形成独具一格的跨学科研究方法。

According to the development of"interdisciplinary"system,combined with the independent elements such as theoretical system,research method and research object,inner-Party law and regulation has the disciplinary orientation of"emerging interdisciplinary independent first-level discipline".It has the following characteristics:Its"surname"is"Party";its function is to govern the Party;its content is Party building;its form is laws and regulations;its practical experience precedes theoretical research.The theoretical research of inner-Party laws and regulations mainly includes the basic theory of inner-Party laws and regulations,the institutional history of inner-Party laws and regulations,the formulation and implementation of inner-Party laws and regulations,the supervision and guarantee of inner-Party laws and regulations.It is necessary to properly handle the relationship between academics and politics,foundation and application,and form a unique interdisciplinary research method.
