学科建设下的党内法规研究态度

Research Attitude to Inner-Party Laws and Regulations under the Discipline Construction

近五年来,党内法规的制度构建和理论研究取得了较大进展,为党内法规的学科化奠定了初步基础。部分学者认为要推动党内法规研究的深入,应尽快确定党内法规的学科属性。但是党内法规仍然面临着研究队伍不稳定、基础理论不系统等诸多问题,支撑其学科独立的条件尚不成熟。为推动党内法规的学科建设,党内法规研究应秉持积淀成果、发掘历史和学术评判的态度,不断完善党内法规的基础理论,避免学术圈地和外部干预。党政部门应对党内法规理论研究持包容开放态度,维持当前多学科共同参与党内法规研究的现状。

In the past five years,great progress has been made in the institutional construction and theoretical research of inner-Party laws and regulations,laying a preliminary foundation for the discipline of inner-Party laws and regulations.Some scholars believe that the discipline attribute of inner-Party laws and regulations should be determined as soon as possible,so as to promote the research on them.However,there are still lots of problems in the research of inner-Party laws and regulations,such as the instability of research teams,and the lack of fundamental theories.Therefore,the conditions are not ripe for inner-Party laws and regulations to become an independent discipline.In order to promote the discipline construction of inner-Party laws and regulations,the research on them should adhere to the attitude of theoretical accumulation,historical exploration and academic criticism,constantly perfect their fundamental theories,and avoid academic enclosures as well as external interference The Party and government departments ought to adopt a tolerant attitude towards theoretical research on inner-Party laws and regulations,and maintain the current status of multidisciplinary participation in research.
