Normative words are the basic components of the proposition of normative behavior,which express the fundamental meanings and requirements of normative behavior.There are lots of normative words with abundant meanings in the inner-Party laws and regulations of the Communist Party of China.These normative words are combined with specific behavioral propositions to form various behavioral normative propositions,which require and stipulate the activities of Party organizations and the behaviors of Party members.Fine analysis and accurate understanding of the meanings and requirements of these normative words are of great theoretical and practical significance for scientific formulation,accurate understanding,conscious compliance and strict implementation of inner-Party laws and regulations system.
