多伦多大学“教育领导与政策”专业博士培养经验与启示

摘要 为促进我国教育博士学位的建设与发展,文章分析并总结了多伦多大学安大略教育研究院教育领导与政策教育博士项目在培养目标、考核招生、课程设置、交流指导、实践训练、考核评价等方面的人才培养经验。在此基础上,文章结合我国教育博士办学实际,提出以下几点启示与思考:重点突出人才实践创新能力的培养;加大入学申请考核力度,建立健全中期考核制度;开设跨学科专业,加强方法训练,控制授课规模。
