美国司法社会工作的源与流

Extraterritorial observation:The Origin of USForensic Social Work

摘要 司法社会工作是社会工作内容的重要组成部分,其发展在美国尤为成熟。但是美国司法社会工作的发展也不是一帆风顺的,历经了跨越酝酿、创立、发展、撤离、复兴等各个阶段,时间跨度长达一个多世纪。文章简要阐述了美国司法社会工作的发展历史与社会工作者介入司法的渊源与历程。在强调"政社合作,多元治理"的今天,美国的历史经验为我国司法社会工作发展能够提供的宝贵参考经验。
