“微文化”视域下“三全育人”模式对高校意识形态工作的探索研究 被引量:2

摘要 信息技术的发展让互联网新媒体等多维场域兴起,微信、快手、抖音、微博等网络"微"媒体文化凭借其信息源开放、传播途径快捷、受众基础广泛以及其优秀的交互功能成为了高校大学生的新宠。但微媒体信息更新的方便快捷特点也让大学生主流意识认同产生模糊,同时海量信息的碎片化传播方式弊端也给高校主流话语权威的塑造带来了严峻挑战。高校是意识形态教育工作的前沿阵地,要始终把立德树人作为根本任务。在微媒体传播的动态环境中遇到新机遇与挑战时,应采取一系列新的对策与举措来应对新问题,这样才能够免除被外界思潮侵蚀。高校教育者应结合时代的进步,用辩证的眼光来全面审视"微文化"时代高校主流意识形态话语权的现实境遇,使传统主流媒体与现代微媒体技术进行资源整合,创新工作体制机制改革,不断探索全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的"三全育人"模式,加强思想政治工作,构建"三全育人"新平台。 With the development of information technology,Internet new media and other multi-dimensional fields are emerging.WeChat,kuaichuan,douyin,weibo and other network"micro"media culture has become the new favorite of college students with its open information sources,fast communication channels,broad audience base and excellent interaction functions.However,the convenience and speediness of the update of micro-media information also make the mainstream consciousness of college students ambiguous.Meanwhile,the malpractice of the fragmented transmission mode of massive information also brings severe challenges to the shaping of the mainstream discourse authority in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities are the front position of ideological education,so we should always regard cultivating people with morality as the fundamental task.When encountering new opportunities and challenges in the dynamic environment of micro-media communication,a series of new countermeasures and measures should be adopted to deal with new problems,so as to avoid being eroded by external thoughts.Educators in colleges and universities should be combined with the progress of The Times,to comprehensively review from the view of dialectical"micro"culture era mainstream ideology of colleges and universities say the reality of the situation,the traditional mainstream media and modern media technology through resource integration,the innovation system mechanism reform,and continuously explore full to educate,the whole process of education,comprehensive mode of"three education",strengthen the ideological and political work and construct"three whole education"the new platform.
