摘要
专业素养和通用素养是护士执业素养的重要部分,人文素养是通用素养的核心。为了了解外科一线护士人文素养状况,通过自编问卷对4所三甲医院180名外科护士进行人文素养状况调查,包括传统文化、信息交互文化、沟通文化、医护专业文化、医院文化等五个维度,结果显示外科护士人文素养处于中等水平,人文素养教育势在必行。后续应该通过医教合作实施人文素养专项提升计划等,开发相关继续教育项目,补齐一线外科护士素养短板,提升服务水平和服务质量。
Professional quality and general quality are important parts of nurses’professional quality,and humanistic quality is the core of general quality.In order to understand the humanistic quality of surgical front-line nurses,120 surgical nurses from three Third-class hospital were investigated by self-designed questionnaire,including five dimensions of Chinese traditional cultural literacy,information interaction literacy,interpersonal interaction literacy,medical professional literacy and hospital cultural literacy.The results showed that the humanistic quality of surgical nurses was in the middle level,and humanistic quality education was imperative.In the follow-up,we should implement the special improvement plan of humanistic quality through medical education cooperation,develop relevant continuing education projects,make up for the short board of front-line nurses’quality,and improve the service level and service quality.
