高职院校辅导员加强大学生廉政教育的意义和方法探究

高职院校辅导员作为一支特殊的思政育人队伍,承担着培养"大国工匠"重任。辅导员不仅是作为大学生,在学校里面的思想政治教育者,更是见证大学生成长和成才的重要引导者和参与者。除此之外,他们还作为大学生廉政教育的推动者,不光从辅导员角度分析加强大学生廉政教育的内涵,更在很大程度上加强了大学生对认识廉政教育的重视程度。本文通过分析探索辅导员加强大学生廉政教育的思路和方法,响应党中央关于廉政文化建设的要求,以及在实际工作中灵活运用相关理论,对学生开展廉政文化教育,让廉政文化走进校园。以此来分析大学生开展廉政教育的意义,对廉政教育的必要性和重要性开展论述,进而提出高职院校辅导员加强学生廉政教育的具体方法。

As a special team of ideological and Political Education,the counselors in higher vocational colleges undertake the important task of training"Great Nation Artisans".Counselors are not only the ideological and political educators of college students,but also the important guides and participants who witness the growth and success of college students.In addition,they also act as the promoter of the college students’honest and clean government education,not only analyze the connotation of strengthening the college students’honest and clean government education from the instructor’s angle,but also strengthen the college students’recognition of honest and clean government education to a great extent.Through analyzing and exploring the ideas and methods of instructors in strengthening the education of clean government for college students,responding to the requirements of the Party Central Committee on the construction of clean government culture,and flexibly applying the relevant theories in practical work,this paper develops the education of clean government culture for students,let the culture of clean government enter the campus.This paper analyzes the significance of college students’honest and Clean Government Education,discusses the necessity and importance of honest and clean government education,and then puts forward some concrete methods for college counselors to strengthen students’honest and clean government education.
