职教体系下专兼结合教师队伍建设研究

为了规范职业技术人才的培养,提升职业院校毕业生的应用实践能力及整体的职业素养,培育一支掌握专业理论及操作技能的专兼职教师队伍尤其重要。本文对比发达国家职教师资队伍的优秀建设经验,指出国内在职教师资建设方面还存在一些问题,最后针对问题一一提出了相应的对策建议。

In order to standardize the training of Vocational and technical personnel,and improve the practical ability and overall professional quality of vocational college graduates,it is particularly important to cultivate a full-time and part-time teacher team who master professional theory and operation skills.This paper compares the excellent construction experience of vocational teachers in developed countries,points out that there are still some problems in the construction of in-service teachers in China,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
