职业院校开展地方民族教育的探索——以广东工贸职业技术学院《粤商文化》为例

广东地区民族现状决定高职院校学生就业创业很有可能面临少数民族同事。多数广东高职院校人才培养方案和课程体系均没有涉及民族教育教学的内容。针对这一矛盾,遵循构建主义理论,综合考虑广东职业院校学生实践教学时间比较长、在校学习时间比较短、课堂教学学时有限的教学时间现状,再考虑各个专业学生专业课程教学偏重技术技能培养的教学内容现状,认为在《粤商文化》等地方特色文化课中融入民族教育教学内容是恰当的解决之道。广东职业院校民族教育教学的主要内容应该是:广东世居民族渊源;党和国家民族政策、广东民族现状;民族文化与中华优秀传统文化、社会主义核心价值观的关系等三个方面的内容,构建了"溯源"教学、"现状"教学、"明理"教学等三个方面的教学主题建构教学情景,取得了良好的教学实践效果。

The current situation of ethnic groups in Guangdong determines that vocational college students are likely to face ethnic colleagues in employment and entrepreneurship.Most of the talent training programs and curriculum systems of Guangdong Vocational Colleges do not involve the content of ethnic education and teaching.In view of this contradiction,following the constructivism theory,comprehensively considering the current situation of Guangdong Vocational College Students’long practical teaching time,short learning time in school and limited classroom teaching hours,and considering the current situation of teaching content which emphasizes the cultivation of technical skills in professional courses of various majors,it is considered that the people should be integrated into the cultural courses with local characteristics such as Guangdong business culture The teaching content of ethnic education is an appropriate solution.The main contents of ethnic education and teaching in Guangdong Vocational Colleges should be:the origin of the native ethnic groups in Guangdong;the national policies of the party and the state;and the relationship between ethnic culture and Chinese excellent traditional culture and socialist core values.The teaching themes of"tracing back"teaching,"current situation"teaching and"rational"teaching are constructed Teaching situation,achieved good teaching practice effect.
