基于整体化教学设计方法的课程群实训项目开发与实施

综观很多已开设的综合实训项目,大部分是根据工作流程、工作任务或者工作岗位来设置实训项目,与课程内实践教学差异不大,缺乏整体性、系统性的设计理念,不能体现出能力训练的梯度和提升度,在专业综合能力方面与校外跟岗实习的要求还存在一定差距。借鉴整体化教学设计理念,以面向职场为导向,以岗位综合能力培养为主线,重新梳理专业主干核心课程中的知识点和技能点,打破固有的简单化重复课程内实训项目,根据每学期所学的专业核心课程和前期专业相关基础理论课程,确定哪几门课集合成一个课程群,对应开发相应的实训项目,然后根据综合学习的四元素十步骤实施实训过程。

Through a lot of comprehensive training program,mostly based on work processes or tasks or jobs to set up the training project,and in the course practice teaching difference,lack of integrity,the systematic design concept,can not reflect the ability training,gradient and ascension in the aspect of professional comprehensive ability and off-campus internship with hills,there is a certain gap.Integrative teaching design concept,reference for career oriented,with jobs comprehensive ability training as the main line,to renew professional knowledge and skills to point in the main core course,break the inherent within the simple repeated courses of training projects,according to the major core courses each semester,and early professional related basic theory course,determine which a few course set into a curriculum group,the corresponding development of the corresponding training project,and then according to the comprehensive study of the four elements ten steps to implement training process.
