随着时间的推移和国内社会经济的良好发展,目前国内各项社会发展事业对于人才的要求逐渐提高,这也是我国在激烈的国际竞争中发展到如今这种高质量和高水平的主要原因之一,由此,在新的时代发展过程中,实践创新型人才的培养工作变得非常重要。在实际的发展过程中高校要重视高水平人才培养模式的构建和实践,使其符合国内各项发展事业的规律和特点,这对于我国未来的发展具有重要意义。故此,将对"专创、产教"双融合视角下的实践创新人才培养模式进行相关的研究和分析,其主要的目的就是提升目前国内人才培养的质量,从而促进国内的社会经济走上高速且高质量的发展道路。

With the passage of time and the good development of domestic social economy,the requirements for talents of various social development undertakings in China are gradually improved,which is one of the main reasons for China’s development to such high quality and high level in the fierce international competition.Therefore,in the development process of the new era,the cultivation of practical and innovative talents becomes very important.In the actual development process,colleges and universities should pay attention to the construction and practice of high-level personnel training mode,so as to make it conform to the laws and characteristics of domestic development,which is of great significance for the future development of our country.Therefore,this paper will carry out relevant research and Analysis on the practical and innovative talent training mode from the perspective of"professional innovation,production and education",the main purpose of which is to improve the quality of current domestic talent training,so as to promote the domestic social economy to embark on a high-speed and high-quality development path.
