现代职业教育学习场域的构建与有效迁移探究——基于新冠疫情期间的线上教学思考与实践

本文从新冠肺炎疫情期间线上教学的实践与思考出发,为确保"停课不停教、不停学"及优化教育教学方式与策略,就职业教育有效教学特征与指标指导下的教与学进行方法论的探讨与论证。文章坚持以问题为导向,结合教育学与心理学相关理论、方法与实践经验,提出构建一个师生交互成长发展的学习场域模型,从教师的教学质量与学生的学习能力双维质量构建的角度,论述了实现职业教育有效教学的关键策略。

This paper centers on the discussion of key strategies of an effective instruction in vocational education from the perspectives of both teaching and learning,forming a double dimensional study.Based on the analysis of characteristics and indexes of effective teaching in vocational education and adhere to the principal of problem-oriented,this paper aims to put forward to an effective online teaching during the period of novel coronavirus epidemic after an introduction of relevant theories of and models from pedagogy and psychology.
