区块链自身具备资源共享、可追溯、高度安全等特点,可以关联不同地域的高职院校英语教学资源,形成资源共享,同时也可以把相对分散的教学资源和农民工通过一种灵活、安全的方式结合起来,以实现二者有机的结合,并且通过关联数据结构来存储高职院校英语教学和农民工学习的交易账单,可以实现教育和学习关联查询,从而保证农民工教育学习的完整性和考核认证的真实性。

The block chain technology can share the resources of many higher vocational colleges in different places,and then set up a flexisble and safe connection between the peasant-workers and these sharing resources with its special features such as resource sharing,traceability and high security etc.Besides that,the relational data structure,used to store the transaction bills of the teaching from higher vocational colleges and the learning from peasant-workers,may help query and trace the data between the teaching and learning,which ensures the authenticity and integrity of the education and authentication for peasant-workers.
