摘要
近年来,传统融合线上的混合式教学模式备受关注。今年以来,受疫情的影响,传统课堂受到阻力的同时,线上教学也面临需求井喷式增长与线上教学平台运行不稳定的矛盾,线上教学平台在用户使用过程中暴露出了一系列问题、给使用者带来了一系列困扰。基于此,本文在文献梳理的基础上,以E-服务质量模型为基础展开调研,围绕线上教学稳定性、有用性、易用性以及响应性产生研究结论,形成以下研究建议:着力推进平台建设,鼓励以校为单位进行资源整合和开发;关注线上教学反馈和教学评价的研究;及时总结线上教学成功案例;协同线上教学平台,增强线上平台响应速度。
In recent years,the traditional blended online teaching model has attracted much attention.Since the beginning of this year,due to the impact of the epidemic,while the traditional classroom is facing resistance,online teaching is also facing the contradiction between the soaring demand and the unstable operation of the online teaching platform.During the use of the online teaching platform,a series of problems have been exposed and brought a series of troubles to users.Based on this,on the basis of literature review and e-service quality model,this paper conducts an investigation and draws research conclusions centering on the stability,usefulness,usability and responsiveness of online teaching.The following research Suggestions are formed:Pay attention to online teaching feedback and teaching evaluation research;Summarize successful online teaching cases timely;Cooperate with online teaching platform to enhance the response speed of online platform.
