“互联网+”时代高职院校师生关系中的“壁垒”

摘要 和谐的师生关系是保持师生身心健康,提高教学效率的基础。传统的师生关系更注重知识技能传授,忽略学习方法与兴趣的培养;更偏向规范学生行为,忽略引发问题的根本性原因;更在意社会舆论评价,忽略合理奖惩产生的积极面。这些误区不断延续,导致高职师生在相处中逐渐形成了"壁垒",阻碍了良性师生关系的建立。而"互联网+"时代所具有的"跨越一切界限、以创新为灵魂、以人性为根本"等特点,推动着高职师生关系发生着嬗变。虽然嬗变初始时是利弊共存的,但整体一定是趋向良性发展的。 A harmonious teacher-student relationship is the basis for maintaining the physical and mental health of teachers and students and improving teaching efficiency.The traditional relationship between teachers and students pay more attention to the knowledge skill,ignore the study method and the cultivation of their interest,more to regulate the behavior of students.It is more concerned about the social public opinion evaluation,ignores the fundamental reason for the problem,and neglects the positive side of reasonable rewards and punishment.These misunderstandings continue and have led to the gradual formation of"barriers"in getting along with teachers and students in higher vocational schools,which hindered the establishment of a benign teacher-student relationship.The"Internet+"era has the characteristics of"crossing all boundaries,taking innovation as the soul,and taking humanity as the foundation",which promote the evolution of the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational schools.Although the pros and cons coexisted at the beginning of the evolution,the overall trend must be positive.
