校企联动提升学生党员发展质量的研究

学生党员到企业跟岗或顶岗实习期间,需要加强学生党员的管理和培养工作,为提高学生党员发展质量,提出了"双主体三导师"的发展学生党员模式和"一点五面"提升学生党员发展质量的方法,通过实践表明,该模式和方法有效的提升了学生党员发展质量,是学生党员发展质量保障体系的有效补充。
