后疫情时代背景下高校青年教师能力提升的思考 被引量:5

摘要 为保证疫情防控期间师生生命健康安全和高校教学工作的正常展开,教育部下发"停课不停教、不停学"的通知,"互联网+教学"迅速在全国开展开来,在后疫情时代,线上线下有机结合的教学方式将更为常态。青年教师是高校的重要后备力量,近年来我国青年教师队伍建设取得了较大的进展。在疫情这个特殊背景下,高校要迅速认识到其新产生的问题和带来的挑战。如何创新青年教师队伍培养方法和机制,巧妙利用信息化教学,带领和鼓励青年教师大胆实践,提高青年教师自身思政水平和课堂育人能力,值得我们深思。本文针对青年教师能力提升存在的主要问题尤其是疫情暴露出来的新问题做了进一步的分析,并针对性地提出在后疫情时代高校和青年教师自身分别应着重注意的几个方面对策,以解决新背景下高校青年教师发展中遇到的问题。 In order to ensure the normal development of teachers’ and students’ lives,health,safety and normal teaching during the epidemic prevention and control period,the Ministry of Education issued a notice of "no classes,no teaching,no school suspension",and "Internet+ teaching" was quickly launched throughout the country.In the era of epidemics,the combination of online and offline teaching methods will be more normal.Young teachers are an important reserve force for colleges and universities.In recent years,great progress has been made in the construction of young teachers in my country.Under the special background of the new crown epidemic,colleges and universities should quickly recognize their new problems and challenges.How to innovate the training method and mechanism of young teachers,make good use of information-based teaching,lead and encourage young teachers to practice boldly,and improve the young teachers’ own ideological and political level and classroom education ability deserves our deep thought.This article further analyzes the main problems of young teachers’ ability improvement,especially the new problems exposed by the epidemic,and puts forward several countermeasures that universities and young teachers themselves should pay attention to in the post-epidemic era to solve Problems encountered in the development of young teachers in colleges under the new background.
