港澳企业对现代学徒制创新人才培养的认知与需求研究——以大数据分析为例

随着港珠澳大桥的通车,连接两岸三地的交通更加的便捷,港澳企业到内地投资及对内地的用工需求也急速增加。产教融合、校企合作是现代学徒制作为一种人才培养模式的核心。通过大数据分析现代学徒制及港澳企业,在数据分析基础上,增加港澳企业对现代学徒制创新人才培养的认知,以便更好的为港澳企业输送技能人才,解决港澳企业用工需求,提高港澳企业的经济效益。
