Immersive teaching method is a foreign language teaching model widely used in foreign countries.It emphasizes the creation of language environment and pays attention to the communication and emotional functions brought by second language teaching,which is helpful for learners to realize bilingual communication ability.Therefore,it has a strong reference value for language teaching.This paper discusses the practical application of immersive teaching method in online oral English teaching,aiming at creating a relaxed and pleasant immersive language environment and stimulating students’intrinsic motivation,creativity and potential,so as to improve the effect of online oral English teaching.
