摘要
2020年初的疫情对职业院校的教学工作造成了极大影响,"停课不停学"让互联网教学成为非常时期教学的重要途径。本文结合南京旅游职业学院《烹饪英语》课程在疫情期间的互联网教学实践,对课前、课上、课后及考评环节进行了分析与总结,并对平台资源建设,教学模式优化与教师互联网技能提升方面提出了相关建议,为后疫情时期专业英语的在线教学持续健康发展提供有益借鉴。
The new coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19) in early 2020 has had a great negative impact on the teaching work of vocational colleges."Classes Suspended but Learning Continues" policy makes Internet teaching an important way of teaching in this special period.Based on the Internet teaching practice of the "Kitchen English" course at Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality during the epidemic period,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the construction of platform resources,the optimization of teaching modes,and the ways of improving teachers’ Internet skills by analyzing the pre-class,in-class,after-class,and evaluation activities,which provides useful reference for the continuous and healthy development of online teaching of professional English courses in the post-epidemic period.
