摘要
本文基于"学习共同体"的理论和构建理念,探索混合式教学模式下构建师生学习共同体的实践途径,包括课前、课中、课后各个环节中如何促进师生之间、生生之间和谐共生,合作共赢。研究发现,线上师生学习共同体可以作为线下课堂师生学习共同体的延伸,在更大程度上促进学生自主学习、合作学习、创新能力的提升,实现教师教学效率和学生学习效果的提高。
Based on the theory and construction concept of"learning community",this paper explores the practical approaches of constructing a teacher-student learning community under the mixed teaching mode,including how to promote harmonious coexistence and win-win cooperation between teachers and students,and among students before,during and after the class.The study finds that the online learning community of teachers and students can be an extension of the offline classroom learning community of teachers and students,promoting the improvement of students’independent learning,cooperative learning and innovation ability to a greater extent,and realizing the improvement of teachers’teaching efficiency and students’learning effect.
