信息化技术在高职酒店管理专业教学中的运用与推广——以《宴会设计》课程为例

随着网络技术的普及和发展,基于新时代学生的学习特点和偏好,以提高教育教学能力为重点,以推进职业教育质量为目标,将各种信息化技术融合运用至高职酒店管理专业的教学中。以《宴会设计》课程为例,通过开发AR软件、利用3D相机及动态建设线上教学资源库等手段将信息化技术与职业教育教学过程相结合,有针对性的为企业培养人才,注重人才的实用性与实效性,在教学的实施过程中具有重要的科学意义。

With the popularizing and developing of network technology,based on the learning characteristics and preferences of students in the new era,taking the improvement of the teaching ability as the key point and the promotion of the quality of vocational education as the goal,various information technologies are integrated and applied to the teaching of Hotel Management major at higher vocational colleges.Taking"Banquet Design"as an example,the information technology and vocational education teaching process are combined by means of developing AR software,3D camera and the dynamically built online teaching resource database,by which talents are targeted trained for enterprises and the practicality and effectiveness of talents are paid attention to and are of great scientific significance to the process of teaching implementation.
