高等职业教育内涵浅析

自改革开放以来,为适应我国生产一线对技术工人需求,高等职业教育迅速兴起,据统计,全国共有高等职业教育院校近一千四百所,占高等教育的半壁江山。近四十年的快速发展,使得高职业教育出现了一些新问题:1.职业教育发展定位模糊、培养目标不明确、培养计划千篇一律;2.学生激增带来的生源质量急剧下滑、同时教学质量下降;3.校企合作流于形式,校企融合亟待解决。本文通过对以上问题的深入解析,积极探寻高等职业教育的发展之路。

Since the reform and opening up,in order to meet the needs of my country’s production line for skilled workers,higher vocational education has risen rapidly.According to statistics,there are nearly 1,400 higher vocational education institutions nationwide,accounting for half of higher education.The rapid development in the past 40 years has caused some new problems in high vocational education:1.The vocational education development is vague,the training objectives are not clear,and the training plan is the same;2.The quality of students caused by the surge of students has fallen sharply,while the quality of teaching Decline;3.School-enterprise cooperation is in the form,and school-enterprise integration needs to be resolved urgently.This article actively explores the development of higher vocational education through in-depth analysis of the above issues.
