关于新时期农村党员教育培训创新的思考及建议

随着我国改革的不断深入,从国情出发,加强和改进党员教育和管理,保持党员先进性,研究新时期党员和农村党员干部培训进修创新方法的实践与研究,是各级党组织亟待解决的重要问题。主要研究的问题是,当前农村党组织党员的培训和进修根据实际情况,对如何切实加强农村党员培训和进修管理提出了一些建议。随着城市化的加剧和快速发展,我国传统的农村教育方式发生了巨大变化,对人们的生活方式和思想观点产生了重大影响。本文论述了实事求是的基本原则,论述了农村党员干部培训和进修的教育特点和规律。此外在回顾新时期党和农村党员教育培训方法的基础上,结合成功的创新实践和经验,提出了新时期党和农村党员教育培训方法的创新对策。

With the deepening of China’s reform,from the national conditions,to strengthen and improve the education and management of Party members,keep the advanced nature of party members,study the new period of party members and rural Party members training innovative methods of practice and research,party organizations at all levels urgently need to solve the important issues.The main research question is,the present rural party organization party member’s training and the further study according to the actual situation,how to strengthen the rural party member’s training and the further study management to put forward some Suggestions.With the intensification and rapid development of urbanization,the traditional way of rural education in China has changed greatly,which has a great impact on people’s life style and ideas.This paper discusses the basic principle of seeking truth from facts and the educational characteristics and rules of the training and further study of rural Party members and cadres.In addition,on the basis of reviewing the methods of education and training for Party members and rural party members in the new period,combining with the successful innovation practice and experience,this paper puts forward the innovative countermeasures of the methods of education and training for Party members and rural party members in the new period.
