从新冠疫情看普及与提升公众信息素养的紧迫性

IFAP将信息素养视为数字世界一项促进社会包容的基本人权,它不仅使作为信息来源使用者的人们能够解读和作出知情决定,还能够使他们自己也成为信息的生产者。在新冠疫情情势下,普及与提升公众信息素养是抵御"信息疫情"的利器。本文通过梳理公众信息素养概念,分析普及公众信息素养的驱动因素进而结合重大公卫事件的背景提出提升我国公民信息素养的建议。

IFAP regards information literacy as a basic human right to promote social inclusion in the digital world.It not only enables people who are users of information sources to interpret and make informed decisions,but also enables themselves to become producers of information.Under the new crown epidemic situation,popularizing and improving public information literacy is a weapon against the"information epidemic situation".This article combs the concept of public information literacy,analyzes the driving factors for popularizing public information literacy,and then puts forward suggestions to improve the information literacy of our citizens in the context of major public health events.
