职业院校医学生死亡教育现状及需求调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解职业院校医学生的死亡教育现状及需求,为职业院校开展医学生的死亡教育提供参考和依据。方法采用分层便利抽样法,抽取佛山市两所职业院校956名医学生作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表及死亡教育现状及需求调查表,对其进行问卷调查。结果有30.3%职业院校医学生表示学过相关课程,仍有36.9%没有接受过死亡教育;78.4%表示对死亡教育不了解或仅了解一点。76.7%的医学生表示应该接受死亡教育,需求程度与学历、专业、年级、毕业后是否选择所学作为职业等因素密切相关。72.4%医学生认为死亡教育课程应开始于一年级或二年级;82.2%认为课时设置在20学时或以下;72.3%更倾向于课堂授课;死亡教育课程内容中死亡相关伦理需求程度最大(73.9%)。结论职业院校医学生的死亡教育需求处于较高水平,教育者应结合具体需求,针对性给予多种形式相结合的死亡教育。 Objective To investigate the status and needs of death education among meical students in vocational colleges.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 956 medical students by layered convenience sampling from two vocational colleges in Foshan.Results 30.3% of the medical students had received death education,while 36.9% didn’t.78.4% of the students didn’t know or knew little about death education.Needs of death education was correlated with their education degree,major,grade and whether choose the major as their career.Most of the students thought death education should be started at grade 1 or 2,with no more than 20 lessons at class.Conclusions The needs of death education among medical students in vocational colleges were high.It is suggested that educators should plan death education in medical vocational colleges.
