新时代高校教师思想政治工作路径优化研究

思想政治工作是我党的一大法宝。高校教师的思想政治工作是高校思想政治工作和党建的重难点。高校教师的思想素质、道德品质、治学精神等,都会直接关系到学生的成长,关系到高校"培养什么人""如何培养人"的问题。从当前来看,在教育理念、教育内容、教育队伍、教育方式等方面,存在着种种亟需解决的问题。当前高等教育改革进入深入推进关键期,通过改革以"育人"为核心的教师考核评价体系、完善以"发展"为要义的管理服务话语体系、建立以"凝聚"为共识的教师现代组织体系,形成相对完善的教师教育体系和相对成熟稳定的教育机制,是加强教师思想政治工作、提升教师队伍素养、创建"双一流"高校办人民满意教育的重要路径。

Ideological and political education is a magic weapon of the Communist Party of China ("CPC").The ideological and political education of university teachers is the knotty problem in the ideological and political work and party building in colleges and universities.The ideological qualities,moral qualities,and academic spirit of university teachers will directly affect the growth of students and lead to the questions of "what type of talents we are to cultivate" and "how to cultivate talents" in colleges and universities.From the current point of view,there are various problems that need to be solved urgently in terms of educational philosophy,content,team and methods.In current,higher education reform has entered into a critical period of in-depth advancement.Through reforming the teacher evaluation system with "educating people" as the core,improving the management service discourse system with "development" as the purpose,establishing a modern teacher organization system with "cohesion" as the consensus to form a relatively perfect teacher education system and a relatively mature and stable education mechanism are important methods to strengthen ideological and political education of teachers,improve the quality of teachers,and create a "double-first-class" college education that is satisfied by people.
