摘要
随着规模扩张外延式发展的完成,各高职院校发展已转向内涵建设,高素质人才队伍建设成为内涵建设的着力点。而"内培外引"高层次人才则是队伍的建设的关键所在,在"内培"条件和数量不足的情况下,"外引"成为提升人才队伍素质的快速、有效途径。因此,如何引进需要的人才,并让人才安心扎根学校,致力于科学研究,提高学校教科研水平,是目前各高职院校关注的焦点和亟待破解的难题。
With the completion of scale expansion and extension development,the development of higher vocational colleges has turned to connotation construction,and the construction of high-quality talents has become the focus of connotation construction.The key to the construction of the team is the "internal training and external recruitment" of high-level talents.In the case of insufficient conditions and quantity of "internal training","external training" becomes a fast and effective way to improve the quality of the talent team.Therefore,how to introduce the needed talents,let the talents settle down in the school,devote themselves to scientific research,and improve the level of teaching and research in the school is the focus of attention and the problem to be solved.
