中国制造2025背景下高职制造类专业人才职业素养研究

摘要 中国制造2025规划中提出工业强国发展理念,由传统劳动密集工业群,逐渐转变为高科技技能工业群,实现工业发展改革目标。在新时期背景下,高职制造类专业教育工作需进行主动创新,依据未来我国工业转型要求,培养提升专业人才职业素养,推动我国制造业升级转型。面对"中国制造2025",职业教育如何发展是职业教育界面临的最大问题。在分析"中国制造2025"背景下专业人才应该具备的特质基础上,从教学内容革新、课程重组、专业重建、信息化教学手段等方面分析了职业教育面临的挑战,进而提出了要提升职业教育的深度、宽度和质量;强化"中国制造2025"背景下职业教育的供给侧研究,本文就中国制造2025背景下高职制造类专业人才职业素养研究分析。 The Made in China 2025 plan puts forward the concept of industrial power development,from traditional labor-intensive industrial clusters,gradually transformed into high-tech industrial clusters,to achieve industrial development and reform goals.Under the background of the new era,the Higher Vocational Education of manufacturing specialty needs to carry on the initiative innovation,according to our country industry transformation request in the future,raise and promote the professional quality of professional talents,promote our country manufacture industry to upgrade and transform.Facing the"Made in China 2025",how to develop the vocational education is the biggest problem in the field of vocational education.Based on the analysis of the characteristics that professional talents should have under the background of"Made in China 2025",this paper analyzes the challenges faced by vocational education from the aspects of the reform of teaching contents,the reorganization of courses,the reconstruction of specialties,and the information-based teaching methods,etc.,further,it is proposed to enhance the depth,width and quality of the vocational education,and to strengthen the supply-side research of vocational education under the background of"Made in China 2025",in this paper,under the background of Made in China 2025,the research and analysis of the professional quality of manufacturing professionals in higher vocational education.
