摘要
乡村振兴战略为我国农业农村改革发展指明了航向,也为农职教育发展指明了服务面向和改革方向。本成果聚焦服务乡村产业振兴和人才振兴,围绕破解服务乡村振兴路径不清、合作载体和机制不健全、人才供需脱节、合作不紧密等问题,以问题为导向,以项目为牵动,以科研为先导,经过多年探索取得了高质量的研究成果和显著的实践成效。本成果首创了"三区融合五方联动四维融入"校企政协同发展共同体建设路径,创新了"三级优化六类培养"农学结合、育训并举人才供给模式,创新了农业技术技能积累平台共建共享的服务牵动模式,破解了校企、校校、校地合作由单一到多元,由表层到深层,由单项到多维,在校企政协同发展共同体建设路径、人才供给模式、产学研合作平台建设等方面形成了范式,为职业院校服务乡村振兴提供了可借鉴的基本路径和方略。
The strategy of Rural Revitalization points out the course for the reform and development of China’s agricultural and rural areas,as well as the service orientation and reform direction for the development of agricultural vocational education.This achievement focuses on the revitalization of service rural industry and talents,focusing on solving the problems such as unclear path of service Rural Revitalization,imperfect cooperation carrier and mechanism,disconnection of talent supply and demand,and not close cooperation.With the problem as the guidance,the project as the influence,and scientific research as the guide,the high-quality research results and remarkable practical results have been achieved after years of exploration.This achievement pioneered the construction path of "three areas integration,five party linkage and four-dimensional integration" for school enterprise government collaborative development community construction,innovated the talent supply mode of "three-level optimization and six types of training" combining agronomy with education and training,innovated the service driven mode of co construction and sharing of agricultural technology skill accumulation platform,and solved the problem of school enterprise,school school school and school land cooperation from single to multiple,from surface to deep,From single to multi-dimensional,the construction path of school enterprise government collaborative development community,talent supply mode,industry university research cooperation platform construction and other aspects have formed a paradigm,which provides the basic path and strategy for vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization.
