提升高职院校科研服务社会能力策略分析

在我国,高职院校既是高等教育学校的重要组成部分,又在职业教育当中占据了一席之地,它肩负重任,负责为国家培养能够专一性面向生产、建设、管理等行业的一线工作的应用型人才和实践型人才,在很大程度上影响着我国劳动力的水平和社会发展。随着新时代的来临,国家之间的主要斗争模式已经转变为人才的较量,引入高效科学的发展模式来培养高素质、与时俱进的人才成为当下最重要的任务,因此高职院校的科研服务社会能力十分重要。但就目前高等职业教育的发展情况来看,高职院校作为直接为企业、产业发展提供服务人才的职业技能教育前沿阵地,对科学研究服务社会的关注与重视程度还不够,影响了高职院校科研服务社会的成效,也成为限制其发展的重要因素。因此,如何从根本上提升高职院校科研服务社会能力,以适应新时代的发展要求,成为当前高职院校发展亟须解决的问题。

In China,higher vocational colleges are not only an important part of higher education institutions,but also occupy a place in vocational education.They shoulder the important task of training applied talents and practical talents for the country,who can focus on production,construction,management and other industries,and to a large extent,affect the level of labor force and social development in China.With the coming of the new era,the main mode of struggle between countries has been transformed into the competition of talents.It is the most important task to introduce the high-efficient and scientific development mode to cultivate talents with high quality and keeping pace with the times.Therefore,the research service social ability of higher vocational colleges is very important.However,in terms of the current development of higher vocational education,as the forefront of vocational skills education which directly provides service personnel for the development of enterprises and industries,higher vocational colleges do not pay enough attention to and attach importance to the scientific research service society,which affects the effectiveness of scientific research service society in Higher Vocational colleges and also becomes an important factor limiting its development.Therefore,how to fundamentally improve the social ability of scientific research service in Higher Vocational Colleges to meet the development requirements of the new era has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current development of higher vocational colleges.
