中高技衔接关键问题的分析及解决对策

中高技衔接是指职业教育中的三年制中技与三年制髙技或五年制髙技的衔接。中高技衔接的关键问题是课程内容的衔接。要做到有效的教学内容衔接,首先要在思想上认识到职业教育是技能+学历教育,学历教育对人的发展同等重要;其次要有统一规范的人才培养方案和课程标准,要有与专业、教学层次相适应的教材,还要有一定数量和质量的师资及设备。
