“一带一路”倡议下高职土建类专业国际化人才培养模式研究

为满足海外建筑工程项目国际化人才需求,在"一带一路"倡议下,校企共建,以培养高职土建类专业国际化人才为目标,创新"企校双主体、学生双身份、教师双素质、虚实双平台、教学双语言"的"五双"专业人才培养模式,合理定位人才培养目标,采用行动导向等教学方法,提升国际化人才培养质量,实现校企共赢。

To meet the demand of overseas engineering international talents,under the "area" initiative,the build and to cultivate international talents as the goal,civil engineering innovation "enterprise school double main body double identity,double quality teacher,student,the actual double platform,double language teaching" of the "five pairs of professional personnel training mode,the talents training goal of reasonable positioning and use action-oriented teaching methods,such as improving the quality of internationalized talents cultivation,achieve a win-win result.
