基于“职教云+钉钉群”的在线教学模式探索——以《人力资源管理》课程为例

伴随着新冠疫情的爆发,为了保障大、中、小学师生的生命安全,教育部下发2020年春季学期延期开学的通知。基于此背景,各级教育部门统筹、整合各种教学资源、技术手段,实施远程教育、线上教学,确保学生"停课不停学"。文章从保障线上教学效果视角出发,以高职《人力资源管理》课程线上教学为例,探索出一套适合高职学生的线上教学模式---"职教云+钉钉群"的组合教学模式。

With the outbreak of covid-19,the ministry of education has issued a notice to postpone the spring semester of 2020 in order to ensure the safety of teachers and students in universities,middle schools and primary schools.Based on this background,education departments at all levels coordinate and integrate various teaching resources and technical means to implement distance education and online teaching,so as to ensure that students"do not suspend classes".From the perspective of the teaching effect on the guarantee line,this paper takes the online teaching of human resource management course in higher vocational colleges as an example to explore a set of online teaching mode suitable for students in higher vocational colleges--the combined teaching mode of"vocational education cloud+nailing group".
