摘要
胜任力模型是管理学上定义某一岗位取得高绩效员工所应具备的特征的集合。本研究采用规范的胜任力建模方法——行为事件访谈法,构建了高职院校学生创新胜任力模型,包括沟通协调、主动学习、进取心、创新思维与创新技能、心理弹性等五项特征。为高职院校学生创新素养的提升指明了方向,也为高职院校学生创新教育提供了借鉴。
Competency model is a set of characteristics that defines a position to achieve high performance in management.In this study,the standardized competency modeling method behavioral event interview method is used to build the innovation competency model of higher vocational college students,including five characteristics of communication and coordination,active learning,initiative,innovative thinking and innovation skills,psychological flexibility.It points out the direction for the improvement of students’innovative literacy in higher vocational colleges,and provides reference for students’Innovative Education in higher vocational colleges.
