摘要
为提高高职生宽恕心理倾向,采用团体心理辅导的方式进行干预研究。研究采用《Hearland宽恕量表》对被试进行宽恕心理倾向测试,选取第一次宽恕倾向总分比较低的64名学生,随机分配到实验组和对照组。实验组和对照组采用不同的团体辅导内容每周进行1次,一次2课时,共4次的团体辅导,团体干预结束后,实验组的宽恕分量表和总分均有显著提高,而对照组的提高不明显。
To improve the forgiving tendency of vocational college students,group counseling has been used for intervention research."The Hearland Forgiveness Scale"was adopted to test the subjects’forgiveness.64 students who had got lower scores in their first forgiveness test were selected and randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group conducts group counseling once a week,two classes at a time,a total of four group counseling,and the control group does not do anything.After the group intervention,the forgiveness test was conducted in both groups.The results showed that the forgiveness scale and total score of the experimental group were significantly improved,while the forgiveness scale and total score of control group did not change significantly.
