高职院校赛教融合人才培养模式改革研究

赛教融合人才培养模式改革是落实国家人才发展战略、更好培养适应行业企业需求的高素质技能型人才的需要。高职院校赛教融合专业人才培养模式可从教学标准与竞赛标准相融合、教学内容与竞赛项目相融合、教学形式与竞赛形式相融合、教学评价与考核评价相融合四维度着手构建。同时应构建组织保障、宣传、激励、经费保障和成绩置换机制,坚持以赛促教、以赛促学的主线,通过人才培养模式改革完善各项教学条件、建立健全竞赛体系。

The reform of talent training mode based on the combination of competition and teaching is the need to implement the national talent development strategy and better train high-quality skilled talents to meet the needs of enterprises in the industry.The training model of professional talents integrating teaching and competition in higher vocational colleges can be constructed from four dimensions:the integration of teaching standards and competition standards,the integration of teaching content and competition items,the integration of teaching forms and competition forms,and the integration of teaching evaluation and assessment.At the same time,we should construct the mechanism of organizational guarantee,publicity,incentive,fund guarantee and performance replacement,adhere to the main line of promoting teaching and learning through competition,improve the teaching conditions and establish a sound competition system through the reform of talent training mode.
