对标世界技能大赛,浅谈技能人才培养的教育教学改革

世界技能大赛是最高层次的世界性职业技能大赛,每两年举办一次,被誉为"技能奥林匹克",是世界技能组织成员展示和交流职业技能的重要平台(世界技能大赛简称"世赛")。在某种程度上世赛为技能型人才的培养以及教育教学的改革提供了相应的借鉴作用。基于此,本文主要是通过相关文献资料进行分析,并说明了怎样去通过世赛标准逐渐转化成为相应的课程标准,并把世赛的相关项目训练的方式转变为教学的实训方式等内容,在深化教育改革方面,只有这样才能够让技工院校培养出更多的高素质技能型人才,从而满足社会的实际需求,促进社会经济可持续发展。

The world skills competition is the highest level of the world professional skills competition,held every two years,known as the"skills Olympics",is an important platform for the members of the world skills organization to display and exchange professional skills(the world skills competition is referred to as the"world").To some extent,the competition provides a reference for the cultivation of skilled talents and the reform of education and teaching.Based on this,this paper mainly through literature analysis,and explains how to get through the game standard gradually converted to the corresponding curriculum standard,and transform the way the game related project training for the teaching mode of training,etc,in terms of deepening the reform of education,only in this way can make the mechanic colleges cultivate more high-quality skilled personnel,to meet the actual demand of the society,promote social and economic sustainable development.
