摘要
本文从上海市民办高校教师归属感状况分析入手,阐述民办高校教师归属感环境体系包括外部环境(政策环境、社会环境)和内部环境(学校环境、教师对自我身份归属认同)两个方面,而外部环境的构建与国家政策、社会认同有关,有不可控性,但是学校内部环境的构建是可行的,可以以党建为引领、思想宣传与文化建设共同发力,探索出一条能真正凝聚教师情感的有效途径以及为教师构建一个有效的、良好的内部环境。
Starting from the analysis of the situation of the sense of belonging of the teachers in the private colleges and universities in Shanghai,this paper expounds that the environment system of the sense of belonging of the teachers in the private colleges and universities includes two aspects:the external environment(policy environment,social environment)and the internal environment(school environment,teachers’self-identity).The construction of the external environment is related to the national policy and social identity,which is uncontrollable,but the school The construction of the internal environment is feasible.We can take the party building as the guide,ideological propaganda and cultural construction to work together to explore an effective way to truly unite teachers’emotions and build an effective and good internal environment for teachers.
