摘要
"艺术团制"人才培养模式是表演艺术类专业的创新人才培养模式。本文通过对"艺术团制"人才培养模式背景、内涵与意义的分析,以广东文艺职业学院为例对实行此培养模式的实际情况进行反思,提出建议对策,以期对表演艺术类专业人才培养模式的创新与发展有所帮助。
The talent training mode of"art troupe system"is an innovative talent training mode for performing arts majors.Based on the analysis of the background,connotation and significance of the talent training mode of"art troupe system",this paper takes guangdong vocational college of literature and art as an example to reflect on the actual situation of the implementation of this training mode,and puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures,hoping to contribute to the innovation and development of the talent training mode of performing arts majors.
