新形势下我国高职院校产教融合机制建设的思考 被引量:2

摘要 新时代的产教融合已经不再是简单的校企合作,而是一种将企业发展与学生发展相融合,将教育教学与学生学习相融合,将职业需求与职业技能相融合的活动方式。本文在深入分析了高职院校产教融合过程中存在的问题之后,分别从法律保障、课程建设、师资队伍、成果转化等四个方面入手,有针对性地提出对产教融合长效机制建设的几点思考。以期对高职院校产教融合研究有所帮助和启发。 The integration of industry and education in the new era is no longer a simple school-enterprise cooperation,but a way of integrating the development of enterprises with the development of students,the integration of education and teaching with the learning of students,and the integration of vocational needs and vocational skills.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of the integration of production and teaching in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some thoughts on the construction of the long-term mechanism of the integration of production and teaching from four aspects,including legal guarantee,curriculum construction,teaching staff and achievement transformation.It is expected to be helpful and enlightening to the research on the integration of production and teaching in higher vocational colleges.
