基于职业技能竞赛的高职院校教学改革研究

职业技能竞赛作为一种新型的教学制度改革及创新手法,为高职院校教学革新带来新的发展机遇,助力于人才培养质量的提升,实现高职院校课程教育革新价值。新时代下,高职院校课程教学革新,以职业技能竞赛为导向,搭建职业技能竞赛平台,推进课程教学方法、课程教学组织形式的变革,进而实现高职院校应用型、技能型专业人才的培养。对此,以高职院校教学实施现状为例,分析职业技能竞赛的高职院校教学革新价值,最后提出职业技能竞赛的高职院校教学革新路径。

As a new teaching system reform and innovation,vocational skills competition brings new development opportunities for the teaching innovation of higher vocational colleges,helps improve the quality of talent training,and realizes the innovative value of curriculum education in higher vocational colleges.In the new era,the curriculum teaching innovation of higher vocational colleges,oriented by vocational skill competition,builds the platform of vocational skill competition,promotes the reform of curriculum teaching method and curriculum teaching organization form,so as to realize the training of applied and skilled professional talents in higher vocational colleges.Taking the current situation of teaching in vocational colleges as an example,this paper analyzes the value of teaching innovation in vocational colleges of vocational skills competition,and finally puts forward the teaching innovation path of vocational skills competition.
