“金课”标准下,士官教育课程建设研究

课程既是院校教学建设的基础,也是人才培养的核心要素;既是解决"立德树人"的战略大问题,也是"学为主体"理念落地的"最后一公里"。在"金课"标准下,开展士官课程建设,是新时代士官教育走内涵式发展道路的需要,也是建设世界一流士官学校的重要抓手,对于创新士官教育理论和教学实践、促进教员专业发展、培养知行合一、德才兼备的高素质、专业化新型军事人才具有重要现实意义。
