This paper analyzes the content of precise subsidy education in universities and summarizes the advantages of"Internet+"in talent cultivation.The core purpose of analyzing the existing problems in the current college funding work is to determine the targeted integrated program of targeted college funding and education through the analysis of these influencing factors,so as to realize the purpose of targeted poverty alleviation and education in colleges and universities,change the cognitive ability of poor students,and improve the core value of talent training.
